Supplemental rates are to withheld at a flat 6.6% unless bonus or stock option. Then, they are withheld at 10.23%.

Termination Pay
If the employee is fired, the employer must pay the employee’s termination pay immediately. If the employee quits, the employer must pay the final payroll within 72 hours, or immediately if the employee gives 72 hours notice.
